About

Chris Floyd is resilient. Growing up in foster care, she experienced housing insecurity as a child. With the help of her community, Chris became a successful attorney, working pro bono as a lawyer in Leadville. Later, she served as Lake County Attorney and became the first woman Presiding Municipal Judge in Leadville.

 

Given today's tough economic times, Chris understands the struggles that so many people in our communities face every day. 

As a judge, Chris defended our civil rights. In the State House, Chris will fight for our mountain communities by:
